yeah, it seems Switch textures are not swizzled.

Textures are in both uexp and ubulk. In Switch uexp is 64x64, in ubulk 128x128.
Probably someone screwed up cooking settings and uexp contains texture for Editor preview, while ubulk texture for game. This would also answer why textures are not swizzled. Maybe they send debug build for release. Hmm...

Replaced all (or most of all) textures of objects, decals, particles, effects and characters. Also replaced a baked shadows. Textures taken from PC verison of the game.
These are before and after screenshots with 30fps config and overclock, just to see the difference in textures only.

  • Game Viewport increased to 100
  • Reconfigured TAA anti-aliasing
    • The picture is sharper, the character does not "crumble" in motion at low resolution
  • Reduced some texture filtering from anisotropic to linear
    • To improve performance
  • Increased bloom quality
    • 30fps mod only
  • Increased quality of SSR reflections
    • 30fps mod only
  • Reduced number of particles
    • To improve performance in some scenes
  • Lots of other small tweaks to improve performance
