i've been looking for tutorials over the internet for hours, but can't find anything, please help. I have a switch lite with sx lite. And i haven't any idea how to use python to make these features to work.

When you use MTP you don't need Python or anything I think. Just run the MTP responder from within DBI and copy NSPs to the "MicroSD Install" or "NAND Install" "drive". If you prefer using the backend instead, you can use the .exe on Windows, it should have all the python stuff built in so you don't have to install anything.

i need to install the libusbk driver using zadig? i'm afraid of messing up the console usb driver

Oh, no I don't think so for MTP, MTP uses standard drivers. But for anything else, yes.
You can't really mess anything up, there isn't a specific USB driver for the console, most things just rely on libusbk, you can tell when it shows up as an unknown device in Device Manager that it needs the libusbk driver.

Probly it's using outdated usb wrapper. So definitely you must update it. You can use Hekate USB Mass Storage instead of sdcard adapter.

I know you've already solved the question, but for those who are with problems with DBI: just change the cable. i don't know why, but i had the same exact problem with JBL Charge 4 cable, so i've replaced it and now its working perfectly.
