Gaming sing it star 90's - is this real?

was looking for karaoke games for the wife (honest guv!)

and found on some torrent sites the following title

sing it star 90's

but i can only find it on torrent sites, not on proper sites and its only in Spanish. Is it some sort of homebrew or is it a spanish only release????

Site is in spanish so I'll translate the 'release' information for you. I still left the link to the site since it has option to download via Megaupload and rapidshare in case you want to use that instead of torrent.

Name: Sing It Star 90's
Format: PAL
Language: Spanish (for the menu I assume)
Genre: Musical
Size of rar: 2.56 GB (28 x 100 Mb) trim version
How to burn: Record at minimun speed with CloneDVD, CloneCD o Imgburn.
How to load: You need to have a modchip (or have softmodded your Wii).
Tested with Flatmii, Firmware 3.2 and with Softchip.
