I'm still learning but this works for me. Created with EdizonSE on atmos so sx users may need to add space between last 0 and 4 on last line.

It does not crash no.
I started the first mission of the DLC Fight for Sanctuary and then (even at level 72 with top shield and guns) I got destroyed by 3 simple skags at level 73. So Yeah! Cheats are needed.
I used DBI.nro to revert back to base game and deleted the update until cheats come up.
At least unlimited health.
