So I bought a PSTV and have it set up where my HDD is ux0 and I can't seem to get any plugin other than USBMC (the plugin that makes my HDD work) to work. PSVShell, NoNpDRM, MusicPremium, reF00d, 0syscall6, rePatch, none of them work. I also have iTLS Enso setup, but I don't know if it's working. Can some help me?

I don't know what iTLS Enso is, but if it's the enso fork, I'd be careful. the one I'm thinking of -- many have bricked from. post the content of your config.txt here (what firmware are you on?).

It's not the Enso fork it's a plugin to bring TLS 1.2 support for Enso, anyways I've removed it and USBMC (which apparently isn't needed to have USB as ux0?).
Anyways here's a copy of my config.txt placed in ur0:/ai/

# This file is used as an alternative if ux0:tai/config.txt is not found.
# For users plugins, you must refresh taiHEN from HENkaku Settings for
# changes to take place.
# For kernel plugins, you must reboot for changes to take place.
*KERNEL
ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx
ur0:tai/reF00D.skprx
ur0:tai/repatch.skprx
ur0:tai/music_remium.skprx
# henkaku.skprx is hard-coded to load and is not listed here
*main
# main is a special titleid for SceShell
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx
*NPXS10015
# this is for modifying the version string
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx
*NPXS10016
# this is for modifying the version string in settings widget
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx

*!AKRK00005

Everything else is ur0:tai/ I have no idea what's going on, I've never had this issue on my Vita 1000. None of the plugins I add are getting loaded on boot. I don't know if it's a bad Enso installation or boot_config is incorrect (it shouldn't be I haven't touched it), but I could really use some help. I used autoplugin to reset my config.txt and nothing.

don't need to use autoplugin to reset the tai. there's an option in henkaku settings to do that. your config.txt looks fine. I think you still need that plugin to make usb work, unless something has changed.

USB is still working, even after removing it. And by reset I mean it removed any extra plug-ins, and restored it to its default state. Unless it's reading plug-ins from somewhere else entirely I don't know what going on.

depends. are you on 3.60 or 3.65?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

delete the config.txt on ux0 (if it's there).

3.60 And I do not have a config.txt on ux0. I don't even have a tai folder. I'm genuinely frustrated. Nothing is loading. nonpdrm and 0syscall6 are written correctly, but if you open PKGj, it says none of them are running. If I press select up, PSVShell doesn't open? I'm at a loss. Shoud I reinstall Enso or something? What could cause literally every plugin to fail. AFAIK the vita tv shouldn't have any issues with my HDD as ux0, and that shouldn't just cause all plugins to fail.

you might try uninstalling enso, then installing ofw 3.60 again to rid it entirely. then, try reinstalling it.

I'm still on 3.60 should I uninstall Enso, update to 3.73, reset and redo everything? Btw I was initially having issues with getting external drive working, which is why I went with USBMC, should I use storagemgr instead or do you recommend another method?

you can install enso 3.60 directly. updating the pstv is way easier than the psv. you just need a flash drive and update like you would the ps3 or ps4 via usb and the recovery menu. reinstall 3.60. I'm not sure what to suggest as far as using usb. I'm using yamt, which I think is micro sd only. I was using usbmc. that's done by the same dev as enso, so it should be reliable.

So I uninstalled Enso, wiped everything, and reinstalled everything and now it works? I am using storagemgr instead of usbmc. I don't know what happened. But thanks for your help. If any mods want to they can delete this thread, since it seems to be a public tech support conversation lol.

might not want to delete the thread if it helps someone else. I've personally never used storage manager. I use yamt which uses an sd card. I don't know how it compares to storage manager, but it's instantaneous fast, but the largest micro sd is only 1TB. from what I've heard, anything above 500GBs on the pstv needs a power supply.

Okay, good idea. Yeah I was prepared for the USB Port not putting out enough power so I had a couple spare Y-Cables. Now I've jerryrigged my external HDD to a powered USB hub using a Y-Cable to give it the power it needs. I use the same USB Hub to power two of my Wii U drives, it's a mess. Would you recommend YAMT for my Vita 1000, I have a 512GB SD2Vita and am using Storagemgr and I have a ton of stuff installed and so it's slowing down a bit.
