That means the new one wasn't turn on. Try using https://github.com/WerWolv/Hekate-Toolbox/releases/tag/v4.0.0 click on background services and make sure Noexs is on or copy the flags file from your old \0100000000000038. Do what ever you did to turn on the old version.
