Hacking Replace sysnand with emunand?

Hi guys. Some months ago I got my Switch permabanned (100% down to my own negligence) and since there's no longer any point in having both emunand and sysnand I was wondering if it were possible to overwrite my sysnand with a copy of my emunand partition before removing emunand. Having done some googling I can see how to copy just my save files over, but not the entire emunand. If such a thing is actually possible I'd really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction, Thanks!

Go to hekate, make emummc backup, rename folder (don't remember correct name for sysmmc) and restore backup as sysmmc

I'm trying to do this also, bit worried about bricking my switch though. Is there a more detailed guide somewhere?

Why don’t backup all your save files, delete emunand, install all over again and restore your saves

with this I can guarantee you 100% no brick

If you have a backup of your sysMMC, then you don't need to worry about bricks. Plus there is no other more detailed guides so just give it a shot.
