Hardware Switch Lite Error 2162 (Charging IC related)

Hi guys so i bought a dead switch of a guy, checked the following and looking for guide lines to revive this puppy.

1. Checked with amp meter, draws 0.82-0.84Amp
2. Left it on the charger no sign of life
3. Took it apart and put the board in a doner and it boot up but i get error of 2162 and console is in continous boot loop
4. Original console battery was completly flat, im charging it using a donor board for now so i can continue conducting my repair as i dont have a spare battery
5. 
   i belive its a bad Charging ic but dont know where to look on the lite, also looking for your thoughts on it

Checked the caps around the m9 chip they are shorting, thats def the prob, will report back tommorow

Swapped the m9 chip, console booted and charged, installed the 10.1 update, console froze upon restart, turned it off and on and was greated with this error

dont mind the different shells, im just putting the board in different shells luying around

is it a bad install or m9 went toast

Do you have any shorts?

Yea i got another short after this error
After install the short was gone and console worked untill i updated and console restarted with the charger plugged in and it went with this error

Nintendo charger or aftermarket? I recently had one that will blow the m92 if the Nintendo charger is plugged in while the device is off but if the console is powered up the Nintendo charger works perfect.

Yea original charger not aftermarket
Yea this one blew when the charger was plugged in and console was restarting

so i have a spare m9, i dont want to take the risk i will change it, and avoid charging if console is off and will keep it to myself.
But what was the fix for yours
Cause this is weird

I still trying to figure out the fix.

Im gonna get it replaced tommorow with another chip, dont know shalll i keep using it that way and avoid charging when its closed or what.
I hope its not an apu issue, its a lite for god sake how is the apu fucked

Changed the ic again, and double checked the usb there were 2 pins shorting which caused this mess, fixed them and all good
Thank god got myself a good bargin
