Hey there buddy! You need to get a psp2psx converter and turn the EBOOTs into a ISO or BIN file. I am sure there is a program that will do this!

If what you want is take them out of the vita, you have to connect via ftp or USB(this requires disable 'Hide protected operating system files' in your PC) with vitashell, they are in /ux0:/pspemu/PSP/GAME from where you can copy them wherever you want, you can also add your own homebrewed ones.
