@Jericoss - Well, Gamerjin helped me to get Connected again. needed that one 010000000000038 Folder in Content. But like you said, it will only Attach when there is NO Cheats in the Content Folder for some reason

That's right, error 122 is always because you have a game cheats folder that you want to connect with Noexs.(at least that always happened to me when I wanted to connect with Noexs, always).

And this folder 010000000000038 Folder in Content is the only one needed (Noexes.Atmosphere.SysModule) to run Noexs. Too good you solved it and thanks to @Gamerjin.

Hopefully you are able to get it. Looking at mine, I am not even close. Looking at both JNoexs and the PointerSearcher Tool, Addresses are around 341xxxx, 3BBxxxx, 3BExxxx, 3CFxxxx. But for the PointerSearcher, 28 is always the last Offset.
