I can’t get these to show up on sxos cheat menu maybe because I did it manually using a Mac. They usually work when someone already puts them in the folders and makes it a downloadable zip file. Can someone do that for me please.

I find with mac you have to make sure the the archived bits are removed from the folder.
sudo chflags -R arch /Volumes/SDCARD/switch

you have to use Checkpoint for the switch, which is a save manager. look it up.

I know chekpoint and how to backup/restore save but what/ how can i can do with a .rar file?

Because gbatemp doesn't allow direct file uploads that we ,the players, have to put the files in either a .zip or .rar file. You first need to unrar/unzip the file, then match the structure of the save folder for your game...

yeah, just unzip with winrar or 7zip.
I'm surprised you managed to mod your switch and use checkpoint and yet not know how to use a .rar file lol

install this and then just double click on the .rar file i posted. and select extract to, will ask for a path so just click ok. and you will have a folder with the save contents inside.

you can also copy and paste (just not the last sentence) the codes into a text file at this location with this name:
AMS: <Sdcard>\atmosphere\contents\01001C700873E000\cheats\C0F144F5139F542E.txt"
SXOS: <Sdcard>\SXOS\titles\01001C700873E000\cheats\C0F144F5139F542E.txt"

or, lastly, just unzip this file in either:
atmosphere\contents
SXOS\titles

Same thing happen to me. They have infinite health and one shit me. Also all of the exp x2 x4 x8 x16 etc etc take you to level 70, 20k Paragon lvl
