Were anyone able to get the condition codes to work properly?

Offset: 88B14430
Bit: 16
Max Value FFFF
Check: if Offset value is greater than 0.

Code that I tested:
D101 88B14430 00000000
0200 88B14430 0000FFFF

Translate:
D = Condition type
7 = greater than for 16bit
01 = read first line

If offset address 88B14430 value is 16bit greater than compare value 0 then execute the codes below.
