been playing ACNH every day since launch date and have only had Wisp show up 3 times and Gulliver 2 times.. I haven't really wanted to cheat but I was wondering if there was any flags in the ACNH editor that can be used to trigger them to show up?
I had a look and I found flags that could change the nuber of times they have been there but, not quite what I was looking for
Maybe also the meteor shower?
I'm not sure if I've just been unlucky but they just seem excessively rare.

not what i want
basically i just want to move my whole villager into another user

Oh, hmmm.. how about renaming the villager's file's directory? ie, Villager0 to Villager1 and Villager1 to Villager0? Just a theory! Definitely create a backup before doing this

What are your sources for this?
Did you go through the thread, or get them from elsewhere?
How did you determine a code to be working?
What were your criteria for deciding whether a code should be in the file or not? Many codes need to be "configured", such as item codes, though you can have packs for say, fossils, etc. It wouldn't make sense to include them either pre-configured, or in tons of states.
There's no limit on number of codes active at a time, but the file is limited to 1024 code bytes; do you know how many are in the file?

I'm one of the people who can edit the post (and the primary person maintaining it right now), but it seems irresponsible to change the cheats.txt to one with unknown sources posted by a new member with three posts, which hasn't been reviewed, and which by that user's own admission corrupted their save. Answer those questions, and I'll try to get to it eventually, but that is a chunk of work. I would also accept someone who has proven themselves competent to vouch for it.

It will default to the current villager's attributes.

What are your sources for this? Multiple sources main creators are Tomvita, Arch9SK7, alaneed44, Els, Liebfuch, Fews
Did you go through the thread, or get them from elsewhere? Multiple websites.
How did you determine a code to be working? I personally tested each and every code.
What were your criteria for deciding whether a code should be in the file or not? My criteria were usefulness, if the code worked for 1.20, also to get a completionist status in the game.
Many codes need to be "configured", such as item codes, though you can have packs for say, fossils, etc. It wouldn't make sense to include them either pre-configured, or in tons of states. The reason for the states is for them to be used on-demand and not to have every code on at one time. I personally tested out overloading and turning on the codes on all at one time and my file got corrupted. The conditional states are there to help prevent overloading the game and having people lose there saves.
There's no limit on number of codes active at a time, but the file is limited to 1024 code bytes; do you know how many are in the file? Yes please read my response as it answers this question. All codes work and as stated before static codes meaning code is "ON" by just selecting should only be used 4-6 at a time. The others conditionals should only be use 4 at a time as long as the conditions don't overlap.

Hope this answers your questions and hope this helps the community. Sadly I couldn't get the poker working and had to rely on codes instead.

im lost is the text to item cheat not working? i cant seem to get it to work anymore lol when it worked on release. should be updated to 1.2 right? and on page 1 those are all the current 1.2 hex codes?

Hello friends :) I thought I'd (finally) give back to the community by sharing something which helped me.

For anyone having trouble getting the BCAT to work, do NOT copy the passphrase.bin or any other files into your backup (which you will restore from). ONLY the "directories" folder. It seems that passphrase may have something to do with the Nintendo Account requirement (my backup, on an offline only switch, only backed up that file and directories. Nothing else.)

I hope this helps :]

Thank You so much. This worked for me.

I'm not understanding what you're saying. Conditionals are for executing code only if the specified conditions are met. I'm not sure what you're talking about with it corrupting your file, and there's no limit that says to use 4 at a time. My guess is there is a code or combination of codes (based on button activators) that is causing that save corruption.

Also, you kinda dodged a lot of my questions. "Where did you get codes from?" "Multiple websites." That doesn't answer where, it just vaguely references how many without even answering that. Just more than one. Criteria being "usefulness" and if the code works on 1.2.0 is useful to know, but something in there corrupts saves.

I asked if you knew how many code bytes were in your file, and you told me to read your response... which I am reading? And I don't see it.

Anyhow, your file exists in your post for anyone who wants to use it. You can post it more when you update, and if the bugs get worked out and people report it's good, I may add it later. Your efforts are appreciated, but I can't in good conscience put something in the OP that might nuke saves, so for now, I'll be holding off.

Hello, can someone smart please convert these spawn codes from 1.1.4 to 1.2.0 please? I tried searching but have come up empty.

So my Max Stamina cheat didnt work for 1.2.0 so I searched for a new one. Not sure if anyone found it and updated it to the cheat file

Heap + AAE9EAD8 appears to be the start of your main.dat in memory.
One can create on the fly cheats to modify main.dat with this memory offset.

Using that knowledge, I was able to create a fully upgrade Nooklings cheat.

Note: untested, as I was just poking memory in RAM, but it worked when I was poking.

Does anyone know where the achievement/flag is for golden tool progression?
I want to set them all to max-1 (Im not sure what the max would be anyways)
any help is much apreciated such as what # the flag/achieve is

Is there anything to make the game "faster"? Since when I updated the game to 1.2.0 it became really slow, It took up to 3 minutes to load the initial screen.
Using cartridge or digital version? If it's digital, it might be your SD card, this doesn't happen to me o_o

You can get the achievements just by building the golden tools in the craft table

Actually, you get 10k miles just for picking up the gold tools and then dropping them, good way to get your sub-files some fast miles, especially if you just want to get them through day 1 so you can make another house/shop.

Any update of the "off season fish" cheat codes? can't find it code on switchcheatsdb

Is there some kind of friendship “level” with your villagers on this game?

I just want to be their “best friend” so they can ask to change their catchphrase or them wanting to visit my house..

Is there a cheat code that modifies all items in the field?

For example, a cheat code that changes all the flowers in the field into mile ticket.

Does anyone have the item 1-40 memory addresses for Players 3 and 4?
The same for the 10 items stored in Nook's place, chest on the left, opposite ABD,
and finally the Storage mem locations for up to 1600 items for fully developed house storage?

If you have an SXOS cheat finder, could you find any of these and let me know please?
Thanks in advance.
