Homebrew Genesis roms won't load on twilight menu ++

When I would put genesis ROMs into the gen ROMs folder, nothing shows up. Here’s how the path looks like: sd:/roms/gen/
It is even as a .bin file. Please help!!!
I use a red new 3ds XL

Please rename your Genesis .bin Roms to.gen.This should work for you.

I tried. Still nothing

Yes,for this you have the Message Screen.

JEnesis DS is an 12 Year old Emulator from a Guy named Stephan Dittrich and is not be further developed until today.
@Robz8 putted it into TWiLight of the "Completeness" and the constant requests for Emulators a long Time ago.
He constantly try to get them work better (but he do not further develope them !)

Now we have a lot of working (but unfortunately outdated) Emulators on Board.
That is why unfortunately some Things with some Emulators are simply not working.

Do not bother with these DS emulators on a 3DS, the resolution is bad and the accuracy is low. Use bubble2006k's picodrive or retroarch instead.

But then retroarch doesn’t have a Ds emulator

I mean emulators written to run on a DS, as opposed to the ones I listed that run on a 3DS.

Twilightmenu is of course an awesome way to run your DS roms. Even DS-based handheld emulators like gameyob and gbarunner2 are pretty good. But I would steer away from emulating home consoles, especially genesis and SNES from twilightmenu, because of the DS CPU and resolution limitations.
