Have you tried the edizon discord server? I'm on there as well. The only 2 other things I can think of are: "what version of edizon are you using?" And "did you check for any Unicode characters?" As a last resort, could you post the cheat file txt you're using for RF4?

Here is the file. Edizon is... 3.0.1... I think (In any case, It's the most recent version) And I'm not 100% certain how to check for Unicode. I just copied the format based on other cheat txt files I've seen.

Well, I had the same happen to me on one of my PCs and the only difference was the antivirus. Adding the exception solved it, without having to use different VPNs. Consider giving it a try. At worst, you will still need to use another VPN, and at best, you save a few extra steps.
