You are fine. I found another that later on I will post but it for some reason is tied to the pause screen. Doesnt give you infinite health but when you go to pause menu it refills your health.

Working on stamina right now. Trying to figure out how to do ammo for all guns but since each one is a different style of gun may mean it needs one for each but hopefully not lol.
