ROM Hack Question Help with exeFS editing!!!

I want to edit ExeFS of Splatoon 2 and Super Mario Maker 2. What software do I use? I only know how to extract exeFs (and RomFS).

It's complicated. Because ExeFS is the executable, editing it means you have to reverse engineer it yourself. If you don't understand how to do that, there is absolutely no way you can do anything with ExeFS, but if you do, there are things that can help with the process:

Without analyzing you won't see anything readable, so yes - you must analyze.

For best results without any added additional data (f.e. Unity games can use metadata from romfs to fill stripped names) I'm using first IDA to analyze, then I'm exporting it to XML readable by Ghidra (with all options checked) - plugin for this is in Ghidra folder. Then I'm loading this XML to Ghidra, auto-analyze it with default settings and after finishing - auto-analyzing it again, but this time with checked Aggressive Instruction Finder. But IDA is not free if you are not a student.
