ROM Hack Suggestion Pokemon SWSH Anisotropic Filtering 8x/16x + Fixed Resolution?

as title, if anyone is able to find codes or romfs to get AF to be 8x or 16x, as well as fixing resolution at 1080p so I can then OC to make up the difference I'd be greatful!

it looks as though there is 0x AF right now and seeing as AF has hardly a FPS hit, it seems worthwhile mod! Especially with HD Texture packs coming out.
