Switch Cheats are MUCH harder. Vita Cheats are not that hard, once you know what you are doing. VitaCheat has a Memory Dump Function which can be used in TempAR (or you can use the TempAR VE which can utilize up to 8 or more Dumps).

Kind of hard to do when Users can not run it without Internet connecting them to the Servers. Game Requires ACTIVE and FULL Internet. The only Offline you eventually get is if you get.....
13 Races Completed - Unlocks Split Screen Mode 2-4 Players
23 Races Completed - Unlocks Quick Race.
As far as I know, Career Mode is strictly Online Required.

Ok so now the top legos studs stay locked around the current value I had of about 8000. The bottom square lego pieces do go into 1,000,000,000 and I can keep collecting them. so that's working fine. Do I have to enable all 3 cheats or what are the steps?

Well once you save it should save whatever you have. So you would have to enable them and then save it to get it to take hold in game.

I usually enter a level I already beat and then when it loads choose save and go back to lego city.

but the top pieces never get set to 9999999 when I activate the cheat and when I do it locks he value in place so I can't get anymore.

your download file has a cheats folder outside a title id and has a cheat file with buildid of fb968cfb649a5842 for hollow night and a txt file for Diablo 3 Ver 2.6.6 with code outside a folder

I haven't tried changing the TID on the folder though will try in a bit.

the codes only work in 3d mode

already tried both on 2d and 3d mode codes not giving inf amount, perfectionist pearl code works though but the mini medal and casino coins doesn't work for some reason
