it could potentially win the worst looking game of the year/decade award

I just tried the game and can finally understand what you meant by "blur"...
And it's not just graphics, the story and dialogues all sounded really cringeworthy...I had to stop after mission 1.
Konami has indeed managed to churn out another piece of butchered c**p.
No wonder nobody is interested in this game.

I think you have the newest update if i look at tinfoil. But sadly i don't play this game. just shared the codes. You could always go back to another firmware so you could play that game with cheats.
