ROM Hack Dragon quest builder 2 save editor

Hello all, quick question. Is there a dragon quest builder 2 save editor or edizon cheats available? I'm looking around and cant find anything, mainly looking for item 1 always being 99, similar to the 1st one. I tried doing it through atmosphere and edizon but that didnt go far. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey guys so I was able to get the cheat finally, I took a screenshot on my phone of the candidates that I got and being foolish decided to play another game. Well needless to say, it didnt save and now I cant get it back to work. Is there a tutorial anywhere thatll show me how to convert the candidates that Ive found to an actual cheat.
