Hacking PKGJ install location in uMA0

Hi i used sd2vita to make my sd card the uMA0 directory and my original memory card uX0. Is it possible to install the games from PKGJ into the uMA0 file or do i have to make the sd card from sd2vita the uX0 file instead? my plan was to make the sd card be filled with games and the memory card have my other apps non game apps such as vitashell and adrenaline. Basically i only want the ps vita games on uMA0 file.

the problem with that is that the install has been indexed to ux0. cutting and pasting it will make the app disappear from the system.
