PS1 Classic + 128gb USB Stick Question

I am looking for a 128gb memory card and was wondering if anyone knew if the Samsung 128 Fit Plus will work without a powered hub?
I will be using a OTG lead.

If you're using OTG, most USB drives should work. Two things to factor in, how much power the drive draws and if your power block supply's enough amperage.

What are the specs of your power block? If it's 1.5 or higher you have a better chance of it working.

When you say power block do you mean the device plugged into mains power?

By power block I mean the wall plug that you plug the USB power cord into.
