Hey guys

My Switch is not patched and on FW 4.1.0, i installed everything according to the homebrew guide and got Rekado on my android.

I got to the point where it asks to launch Hekate again ( i already did all the safety backups) and launch atmosphere for the first time, but I get stuck on the nintendo switch logo after choosing "CFW"

Don't know what may be happening.

Thank you very much

As a matter of troubleshooting, do the following:
  1. Remove all traces of Atmosphere from your SD card.
  2. Download the latest Atmosphere (0.9.2 as of this post) and put the contents onto your SD card.
  3. Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere).
  4. Boot your Switch using fusee-primary with Rekado.
What happens?

So instead of selecting hekate on rekado, I choose Fusee-primary?
Yes, but make sure you're using the latest version of fusee-primary with the latest version of Atmosphere. If it came bundled with Rekado, it might be outdated.

hmm... still happening even with the new atmosphere and fusee. it boots fine in the beginning, all the atmosphere logos and stuff. but when it comes to the witch logo, it gets stuck there. I don't know if it's normal to take a long time the first time you o it, but it's been like that for a few minutes now

No, that's not normal. Are you sure you're using the latest fusee-primary?

I converted it to FAT32 since i didn't know how to enable exFAT on switch without having to update. and since i'm on 4.1.0 i didn't take any chances :/
I'd recommend reformatting your SD card with guiformat and trying again.

I don't understand something. It says this happens on ipatched switches. But I can run Hekate via pin10 grounding using rekado and even dumped my data to a safe place

Isn't that possible only on unpatched switches?

I'm new to the switch scene so sorry for the noob questions

Same issue here, 9.0.1 boot fine
The issue with 4.1.0 has been fixed with the latest version of 0.9.2. Redownload Atmosphere to fix your problem. This is the version you want:

atmosphere-0.9.2-master-6f85b11f+hbl-2.1+hbmenu-3.0.1.zip

Was there an issue with 5.1 as well? Anyone successful booting on this fw yet?
It should work on 5.1.0. What happens if you do the following steps:
  1. Remove all traces of Atmosphere from your SD card.
  2. Download the latest Atmosphere (atmosphere-0.9.2-master-6f85b11f, as of this post) and put the contents onto your SD card.

  4. Boot your Switch using fusee-primary.
