Hacking Looking to buy a CycloDS Evolution/iEvolution

I have recently gotten into the hobby of collecting flashcarts, and the CycloDS carts were no exception. I am willing to pay anywhere from 20-40 dollars for an Evolution but for an iEvolution I will pay double. Hopefully I can finish my collection because I knew that these cards would be tough to find!

I grabbed one off here for $25 and I thought it was a steal for the iEvo

I guess it's a really niche cart and the DSi end kind of sucks, the DS end is so nice I kind of don't care. I'm sure the normal cart has it but homebrew reset was something I never saw anywhere else.

could you elaborate on the reasons why the dsi part sucks?
homebrew reset? do you mean reset back to menu from a game?

DSi part sucks since nearly every scene dump - even if it's labeled as DSi and the data is there, they aren't 1/1 and the iEvo will not load anything DSi enhanced without a real proper DSi dump. Literally every scene release I tried, DSi only or enhanced doesn't work on it, be ready to dump your own games or you'll be sad.

Every cart I had (original R4 clone, AK2, DSTWO, some R4 knockoff from 2017) all included retail reset, but all of them couldn't reset from a homebrew app. Evo can try to do it, some stuff it doesn't work, some it will try and crash, others it works. It's nice it's there anyway.

P2P dumps? I checked the DB for releases and haven't seen any redumped DSi games when I got the thing.

Also, cool they bothered with a knock off cart. The original R4 (or the clone of it, which were common until around 2010 or so) is completely different in terms of design.
