Use sxos.
There is another cheat App for other cfw, but it doesn't work like that and it's not easy to use

It sounds like atmosphere is getting cheat support soon if you can wait a little longer.

Using Edizon - (works only in Atmos/Hekate/ReiNX CFW).

Edizon: A Homebrew save file dumper, injector and on-console editor for Horizon, the OS of the Nintendo Switch. https://github.com/WerWolv/EdiZon Configs and Scripts:
https://github.com/WerWolv/EdiZon_ConfigsAndScripts/tree/master

Edizon uses configs and scripts to edit the “save files” of the games to enable the cheats. When you download the app it should come with all the configs and scripts are available, if not see the GitHub repo. Current latest Edizon have something similar to SX OS but its on-the-fly memory editing so you can edit the cheat codes you want while playing the game, still work in progress.

-Run the game
-save the game to create a save file inside nintendo’s system memory,
-close the game -Go run Edizon in homebrew menu,
-Pick the game you played,
-Create a BACKUP of that save file
-Run the Config/script to edit that save file for the cheats you want and save that file.
-Load the game back up and continue from your saved, If correct you should see the cheats in your game, If not might need to restart the game again and repeat the steps.

zelda save file editor. give yourself tons of heal items, same as infinite health in that sense.

To use those you'll need SX OS and the correct version of the game. It CAN be converted to be used for say @matt123337's Noexs, but it requires work on your part. This is what it would look like for Noexs [heap+a8d05608]. However, Noexs can't parse that so you have to be able to use a calculator. The same thing could be done for @jakibaki's sys-netcheat but it requires even MORE work since there's no easy way to find the start of the HEAP section of memory. Noexs client will show you what the start is. This location will change every time you launch the game so you would need to calculate it every time you play the game. For now, anyway.

Atmosphere is working on a cheat service, so hopefully that will make things easier. Generally speaking I prefer Noexs over sys-netcheat because Noexs has support for finding unknown values. Sys-netcheat is faster than Noexs, but that's because Noexs dumps the memory to your computer while as sys-netcheat doesn't, and because it doesn't is why support for unknown values wasn't added.

Noexes should support heap addresses iirc, as long as it shows the heap name in the memory region table

It supports messing with addresses in heap, but it couldn't parse [heap+offset] when I tried yesterday. I had to take the base address and then add offset in a calculator and then manually added the resulting address in order to poke it.

EDIT:
Syntax error on my part. Rather than doing it like a pointer, you do [heap]+5e1cf500. But it still doesn't parse quite correctly. In my current test heap starts at 58AC200000 adding 5E1CF500 to that would be 590A3CF500, but the client parses it as 590A3D6E10.

Can you take a screenshot of your memory region table showing the actual start of the heap vs where Noexes thinks it is. Also [heap+offset] should work, I guess it's something for me to work out once I get my IntelliJ license stuff sorted out.
