Hacking Install Update NSP to HDD

Hello, I am running SXOS. I have a heap of xci on my HDD. I downloaded some update nsp but I'm wondering if I can install them to my HDD. Every time I install them it's either to the nand or the SD card. Now they are both full with only updates and it's annoying.

what you can do, you can integrate the update into the xci (via nsc builder).
Then you don't need to install it into sd/nand and it can stay on the hdd.

The only con I've experienced with using cxci (custom xci) is everytime there's a new update/dlc/dlc update. You got to remake the cxci
