It's really simple if you use checkpoint. Checkpoint works on your switch and will "kick out" your save data to your microsd card. You then load your save editor for that game on your pc(most of which you can download on these forums). With your sd card inserted in your pc, open the save file which is now located in the checkpoint folder.ok, thanks, i gotta go read up cos not familiar with save edits... afraid i will screw up.
That's it really. Usually there is a cool interface and you can edit thing easily.

Super Mario Odyssey - is there a certain point you must make it to in the game for the infinite health & coins to work? It works on my save where I have completed the game, but not on my save where I am starting from the very beginning

So I have tested this further, EITHER
1) You must be at a specific point in the game
OR
2) The cheats only work for File 1 and NOT for File 2
*Basing this off of my File 1 the cheats work no problem at all (but have also beat the game) My File 2 is a fresh start and the cheats are not working at all. I have even tried enabling max gold coins and nothing.

maybe it only works on save slot 1?
you could try backup your slot 1 save then start new and see if it works.

I used both core codes and they ended up deleting the few. hoped that there were core codes on this page at the very least so I can get them. I know many will say don't cheat to get them but i dont have 100+ hours to just waste to collect all of them since my time is limited.ok, i will explore.
can I request all core codes and im talking about all ccores normal and op story ones. Is it possible bc I already used Edizon and it deleted all of mine
I haven't used any other save editor bc don't know if itll do the same thing.
Uuuuu gonna test it when I get home is this for version 1 of the game or required an update ??
