Hacking NSP Titles after installing

after installing NSP with SX OS I deleted the file but what if i want to delete the game there is no title name on the "registered" folder though which contains .nca format (nintendo/contents/registered).they have files with size GB big.if this really is the installed NSP files, is there anyway to know which file is which? the file name is long and kinda randomly generated looking.(example: f253af72b203fee9785a583d6231db46.nca the folder name is 0000007D/)

my SDMC already full ! I don't know which file contain the game I want to delete after installing nsp.
