Hacking Safe ways to update Switch?

I'm probably asking too much, but is there any chance in the future to have ChoiDujourNX disabling the burning fuses function when installing firmware?
It already does that...

Fuse burning is not even handled by CFW or OFW; its handled by the stock bootloader of the Switch. ChoiDujourNX installs AutoRCM to prevent the console from using its own bootloader. By booting into RCM and using the RCM exploit (Fusee Gelee aka shofel2 aka CVE-2018-6242), you can substitute your own bootloader that doesn't burn fuses. However not all bootloaders does so. SX OS V1.0 doesn't prevent fuses from being burnt and while V1.1 does, it doesn't bypass the fuse check. Hekate, ReiNX, and Fusee all prevent fuses from being burnt and bypass the fuse check.

Yeah, actually I was referring something like a lack of information so bootloader wound't be able to burn fuses.

I'm one of those who have read all the information of how it's safe to use ChoiDujourNX and AutoRCM but still fears to use it. So I'm hopping we get a even safe way to update/downgrade our Switchs.

When Atmosphere releases the EmuNAND solution, it would still use the AutoCRM soluction to avoid to burn fuses, correct?

It would depend on the firmware SysNAND is running and the current fuse count, not the firmware of EmuNAND. You would not be able to boot into EmuNAND without using the RCM exploit in the first place meaning your fuses would be safe as long as you are using a bootloader that prevents fuses from being burnt.

Dont mean to butt in but doesn't updating to 6.0 on sx os prevent the dev menu from working? (That menu when you select the album from the switch menu)

That's not DevMenu, that's the homebrew menu. And DevMenu doesn't work on firmware 6.0 but that's not an SX OS issue, that's a DevMenu issue.
