Homebrew SudokuHax only botting DSIMenuplusplus

It's a long story, but my 3DS was destroyed and I got a new one. I put in my old SD card and I redid seedminer, but when I boot up sudoku it only brings me to DSIMenuplusplus. I removed all traces of DSI menu from my SD card and it just says "hey retard get dsimenu back" (Not those words but you get the point.) Should I redo the entire process or is there a way to fix it? (I didnt see a Q&A thread and even if i did my issue is decently specific so it probably wouldnt be answered)

Replace "boot.nds" on the SD root.

Simply redownload b9sTool and replace the boot.nds file in the root of the SD card

I tried that and now, when I boot with SD card, it says "Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(s)" and when I boot it without SD card it just auto turns off.
