Hacking I always get this error when i boot up my 3ds

Is there a video you can give me a link to on how to unscrew my 3ds

Unless you're asking for a video in how to physically disassemble or teardown your 3DS, we can't possibly provide or direct you to the correct video (if one existed and was relevant).

Without knowing the root cause of your issue, video tutorials are shots in the dark in hoping one of them works.

Also, video tutorials are generally frowned upon. If you followed one that's outdated or asks you to do something you're not suppose to (unless specific conditions are met), you may very well end up bricking your 3DS.

OoOoOHhhHOH, you have an old 3DS.

Edit - Hold up. Is it an old 3DS?

I don't recommend this yet until you've tried the options of SysNAND Restore (Safe) and CTRTransfer.
Try reseating your WiFi module. If that's loose, your 3DS will not boot.

Come back to this one later.

[ifixit] New Nintendo 2DS XL Battery Replacement

Okay, I take it back. For the n2DSXL, I'm a bit wary in recommending the battery trick because it exposes the electronic internals. Forget about it. It doesn't apply in your case.

***

A substitute to the battery trick is to keep your n2DSXL turned on until the battery life runs down. This method takes longer but is safer.

Edit - To confirm your battery doesn't have any juice left when the n2DSXL shuts off, turn it on again.

If it no longer turns on, press and/or hold the (Power). See if the LED lights stop illuminating or flashing.

Give it another hour or so before recharging. Check if n2DSXL boots without experiencing a crash dump.

putting a test cfw setup can help by seeing if it happens with just your setup, or your setup and the test one

This started happening a few minutes ago i was playing shovel Knight and it froze so i restarted my 3ds and started getting this erorr

I've gotten similar errors for various things. Shouldn't you downgrade to an earlier version of Luma3DS by replacing the boot.firm on the root of your SD card with a previous version's boot.firm?

At this point, I suggest you resort to using SysNAND Restore (Safe) in GodMode9 with a backed NAND image.

If you never made your SysNAND image before when you first hacked your n2DSXL, you have CTRTransfer.
Ok i used ctr transfer and went though all the steps expect the updating part become i cant update it because i always get the crash and if i do find out how to update it will i be banned from online?

You can try updating with Recovery Mode.

You won't be banned so long as you :
  1. Turn off SpotPass in System Settings
  2. In your Friend List, Show friends what you're playing? set to No.
  3. Also in your Friend List, Choose your favorite title as either Don't have one or an official Nintendo / 3rd party title.
  4. Don't cheat in online games.
  5. Avoid installing homebrew CIAs that show up on HOME Menu. This one is questionable if your Friend List settings in steps 2 and 3 are already set.
If you're afraid about getting banned after doing a Recovery Mode update, turn off your wireless router after your n2DSXL updates. Follow the steps above before turning your router back on.

If you're super parody and believe in step 5, use FBI to Delete Title And Ticket for all homebrew based *.cia titles. After those are removed, use Cthulhu to cache clear everything from the system.

If you're seeing that message, that's a good thing!
Make sure you update Luma3DS v9.1 on both your SD card and equally as important, your CTRNAND.
To verify if your CTRNAND was correctly update, turning on the n2DSXL without the SD card in place should allow you boot into HOME Menu.
