Hello,
Im doing a NAND Backup, but my wrong Im doing it after paying Some legit Backups in XS CFW (Console is always Offline after SX Installation)
Is theyre any Chance to delete that Traces of CFW which are in the NAND Backup and after doing that making a clean Backup

You can "probably technically" create a brand new clean nand with ChoiDujourNX, otherwise, traces are there and always will. Will you get banned? Nobody knows/can know.

I think NSP tickets will always be on NAND, even if you format the console. It's that way with WiiU, maybe it's the same with NS.

If you didn't install NSP files then you just need to restore the NS to initial config and you'll be good.

You mean factory reset ?
I only Using NSP after the NAND Backup

Yes a factory reset. Your NAND backup is good, as I understand you didn't install NSP before NAND backup, only played XCI. So after you restore the NAND, just do a factory reset.

Okay, sounds good. Thanks for your help. I wanna Backup my saves With Checkpoint and after that I Restore it With Checkpoint. Is Checkpoint safe? Never used any other Homebrew.
After Restoring my NAND Backup I still need to make a New NAND Backup or is it still present on my SD after Restoring?

Simple homebrew is safe, at least nobody was banned for using save manager homebrew. You don't need a new NAND backup, your file will not be erased from sd card. You only need a new NAND backup if you update your firmware.

You know, there's no reason to perform a factory reset after a NAND restore. Its like comparing a fire hydrant to a hose; the former is much better than clearing traces of hacking than the other. The factory reset is added work for no extra benefit.
