Homebrew can't load titles after fbi error

after a while without using my 3ds i installed a cia that seems to be corrupted, FBI crashed while installing it and now any titles on the SD won't show up on the home menu (even legit ones)

trying to delete the corrupted title with godmode9 results in an error
titles do appear on the FBI titles menu but the corrupted one isn't there

before i end up bricking the thing or having to reformat the emunand losing everything in the process, does anyone know what to do on this situation?

That sounds like SD card corruption to me. Check in data management to see if there are any 'strange' titles installed (Don't try to delete them, that just makes it work), or check the sd card on your pc to see if there are weird files.

nope, its not sd card corruption, as i said the titles are still there, i just cant see them on the menu
also if i remove the sdcard it boots without theme

For the corrupted title: Check to see if you have any pending titles on FBI. If so delete it.
For the other titles: Maybe you have to reinstall the tickets. You can also do that with FBI.

pending titles list is empty
however i did found the corrupted cia title id on the tickets, deleting it did nothing

trying to install new cias also results in an error
if i try to launch a game from FBI it gives me an error message, but launches it anyways

btw i'm using FBI through luma's download play method since FBI is also missing from the menu

If reinstalling the tickets doesn't work, and you are also unable to install/reinstall new cias, then most likely the failed install messed up the sd card and/or the data in it in some way. First thing I would do is try backing up all your saves just in case.

well, i cant backup my saves because JKSV manager gives me an error when trying to write the backups

looks like the sdcard IS broken,but its on a state where its somewhat read-only except its not write protected so i cant dump anything from the sd card to itself

is there any way to backup my save files from windows?
