Does it support a wrong titlekey ?
I doubt that, unsigned NCA actually means decrypt NCA, that we can edit the contents.
But a wrong title key can't decrypt the NCA.
So, I think it's a rumor that saying SXOS 1.4 can support wrong title key.

Or, it can support sun a NCA.file directly, without extra ?
Very confusing.

It probably means unofficial, not signed from Nintendo NCAs, for example homebrews repacked in NCA to be installed and show up in the home menu.

unsigned NCA actually means decrypt NCA

Dude, that's totally wrong :rofl2:
"unsigned" means it was build with Invalid RSA Keys and has nothing to do with the encryption.
how should the Switch or SX be able to decrypt something without a Key?
You can't magically guess a key to decrypt a Game, lol.
