i dont think thats gonna happen any time soon. Just run the fix built into that payload he just sent me before every horizon boot.

CFW for Firmware Version 1 - Since newer commits seem to break it on that firmware

I don't know if you mean the LayeredFS Hekate or the one I just compiled but both should be fine for regular use

I think the new LayeredFS works in a different way than the old one so it can not work

Weird game crashes and stuff - I don't get why. Seems like this is a rare case scenario (makes sense since nothing too critical was fixed so it shouldn't even happen)

I just tested and nothing works, all the games said "closed because an error occurred" xD

Edit: the "Old" menu option works just fine!

You're probably on v3 of the pack - Try updating to v3.1 and then select "Clear Log" under the Bootoptions (Where stuff like "CFW", "STOCK", etc. is choose-able)
