I have looked around quite a bit, and I can't find any homebrew program that you can use to manage/delete the programs that are on your 3ds. I think it is super annoying to have to go into the system settings to delete something. If you guys know of anything like this, that would be great!

Most if not every title manager (FBI 2, FBI 1, DevMenu though this one's not homebrew, ..., even FreeShop to a certain extent) can also remove applications...

How often do you uninstall titles in the first place?

I delete stuff all the time, because I'll try out a homebrew program, and then I don't like it and I want to delete it. And from what I've seen/experienced, freeshop can only manage real games. If fbi can do it, I haven't noticed (oops)

Yep (not because of a technical limitation, but because that's what it was designed for)

That's the whole point of the "Titles" section, lol
(FBI 2 is in fact better than the alternatives, giving you the option to remove the ticket too in one action)

(It would still be nice to have a dedicated program with a nice gui though)
If by that you mean loading all icons immediately and displaying them on a grid, there are 2 issues:

- Not all titles need to have a valid icon
- It wouldn't be much faster to load the list than the official settings (or for that matter, as polished-looking...)
