I think you misunderstood me.not yet, SOON tho, I don't think its impossible to implement.
If needed I can do a 30fps version.
Haha dude, you have to listen the whole song, its by a Youtuber called SilvaGunner he's a troll. It does seem pretty similar to the one I posted rather than the original SNES version...
Lol yeah I just noticed.Haha dude, you have to listen the whole song, its by a Youtuber called SilvaGunner he's a troll.
It's not the original version, he just uses the original name of the song.
Didn't quite fit the rocket start into the atmosphere, also its not mine.i liked the first 8bit-like song, it remembered me the GameCube era. Why you changed it?
I think you misunderstood me.
What I told you is a fact. There's no soon (tm).
There's no access to the gpu this early on. And the BPMP is not fast enough with classic loop rendering.
On the other hand, the BPMP processor can act as a video processor, but I don't know of any open source decoder or any project that uses it differently.
That's a good idea actually and more plausible.Rather than showing this that early on, perhaps it could replace the stock "Nintendo Switch" boot logo in Horizon?

Yeah didn't thought about that! That's a good idea actually and more plausible.
It would be a pity if that animation wasn't used in full.
Thats just true, it comes all down to taste, heck you can't make everyone happy, and If we come to the point where we can add this, Im happy to fulfill any individual changes someone wants to have the best experience.I actually like the simpler one better.
It's straight to the point, the music is cute and you're good to go.
The others have 10+ extra seconds that sure takes it's time and the music is too dramatic, like it's trying to emulate some kind of epic big screen experience.
It is a great work and very well done, though. Might be just a matter of taste.
Thx for bumping this old thread, almost forgot about it.Silly question, because I would love to just to see it.
An animated boot logo with sound.
But I want to have the Playstation 1 Boot for my switch
I play alot of psx games on it anyway.
Since animated boot logos can't be used as initial splash screens anyway we went on to the idea to replace the Nintendo Switch logo in Horizon.Ahhh the custom boot logo times. Useless in a way but still so much wow.
But this should perhaps really only become a feature once we can reboot from cfw to cfw ... without rcm being a needed process.

Now that we are way further with Atmosphère, we could consider again if this could replace the "Nintendo Switch" logo, right?
Fair enough!(also it let's me have both: my nice custom made splash boot screen and this awesome animated Atmosphère boot animation)
