Almost all of the homebrew stuff was compiled with old 3.x.x. libraries. They will need to be recompiled with newer libs for SX OS since things changed with 5.x.x

I'm pretty sure libtransistor supports all firmware now, if not, then I know libnx does. This is built with libnx. HBmenu is also built with libnx, and works on all firmwares

Instructions unclear. What is this db.xml thing and where do I get it? I tried using both the files in databases but neither worked. The app still can't find my games.

Not to start a big thing, but the Switch is still fairly young and I was wondering, has anyone been using JUST homebrew and gotten banned? I really just want to use emulators but I actually care about online right now seeing as how the Switch is still new. Normally I'd be on these things but it just feels too... early.

I don't think anyones answered you yet but no, no one has been banned by just Homebrew to my knowledge. The only way to consistently get banned is to go online with a pirated game and even then, it's a soft ban. (I'm pretty sure the only thing it does is ban you from playing your pirated games online. Legitimate games still work.)

OK. There's a lot of changes/fixes coming in the next version. Didn't test starfox 2 yet but it may be fixed.

Just tested, tried to boot up chrono trigger and I have a black screen still. Another use said for 1.1 only psnes doesnt work
