This should be illegal. Any digital store should say "rent" and not "buy" since you apparently don't own game licence you "buy" digitally...As someone who was unjustly banned by Sony and lost access to over $5,000 worth of digital games without a reason or appeal when I've never played online with anything, I say there is a VERY good point. So, godforbid they either get delisted, removed, or I somehow lose access to them, I don't lose my games that I paid my hard earned money for. Is that a good enough point for you?
Yeap sony done that to me. Had about $3000 worth of games. An they instant banned me for abusive language on black ops 2. No warning or nothing.
