I'm on version 6.6.4, and I can't just simply delete GBARunner2 because TWLoader will redownload it.

Thanks, if that was in the instructions, I probably didn't read them as I hadn't updated in forever and just figured everything was the same.

Okay, it turns out that it's actually when I go past the third game in the list for whatever reason.
