Hacking Playing Backups possible or even Mod Chips?

Hey so been reading on the Xbox one and got one used over my other consoles besides dev mode and emulators u can't actually play back ups I take it and no Mod Chips around to solder etc?

check this thread. V PS4 will get backups soon on a not too old firmware soon. you might want to jump ship. BUT you will need to find a older firmware PS4 of course.
