SplatHeX can be run by any Windows system, where Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is installed. On Linux, get wine via your distro's package method. On Mac, use https://brew.sh/.

PS. Not made by me just posting for others

INB4 ban. Seriously, though, what are the odds of this being caught by Nintendo? I'm not using it, because my Splatoon 2 copy is digital, and on my non-hacking Switch, but I'd assume after the crazy gear hacks in the Wii U version they may have been preemptive with it. Either way, great job to the people who made this. I'm just happy to see the scene progress.

Been gear modding for almost 2 weeks with no ban - I also am running a digital copy of Splatoon 2. I don't suggest you modify you level or rank though - That's likely a big red flag to Nintendo.

What about Mono? That should work too right? No need for Wine.

Goodbye hours of chunks grinding..

Tbh, I would rather grind chunks than to have an online concentrated game be ruined by hackers with Lv.99 Triple prestige, impossible weapon stats, and unlimited specials.

I don't care about people pirating or hacking or whatever, just don't ruin it for everyone else. Just keep save editing for offline purposes, is that too much to ask for?

Things like lvl.99 or prestige are harmless. Weapon stats and specials are a problem but i havnt seen anyone with that kinda stuff so far.

Even chunks is kinda cheesy, going the easy route to get gear that could give you a big performance bonus. Still, i like this kind of tools that give you alternatives without ruining the experience for everyone else.

I actually had an old version saved. It looks like he forgot to embed a dependency in the new version. Should be an easy fix. Here's the old version (from 5/14/2018):

It's fixed now.
