Team Xecutor have always done piracy things. This is nothing special, but they atleast they seem to gotten a CFW up and running.

Well, this does not mean the end of the spirit of homebrew at all! For me, just seems like another option for some people.

This "opinion" is always the dumbest thing. Just because you feel that way, doesn't mean everyone feels the same way.
Many people I know don't pirate, but they sure as hell have homebrew on their consoles for save editing, customization, homebrew game ports, etc.

Flashcart never killed the spirit of homebrew on 3ds. in fact it was the other way around so i don't see how this is any different.

I'll buy it if it allows the Atmosphere payload to be loaded. PC-less FG is a nice thing to have.

Well, this is just a dongle that injects a fusee/shoeFL2 payload. What's impressive is that they managed to load games.

Which BTW is already possible with the current public stuff we have, it's just a matter of someone releasing their work early.
