There has been a tweet from the bedrock edition developer named Audrey Norris on twitter saying that there will be some news this week on Nintendo Switch Minecraft. It is possible that it is bedrock mainly because it she has quite a history with the specified edition. Horray for Transparency!

I guess because like I don’t play much of Switch mainly because the game library is kinda empty with the exception of Mario kart , odyssey, and BOTW so like I want it there so I can at least use it. That’s my honest answer

The concept of people liking different things is extremely simplistic & one of the most basic explanations ever. However, it explains absolutely nothing, in any instance. The OP's response of "I guess because like I don’t play much of Switch mainly because the game library is kinda empty with the exception of Mario kart , odyssey, and BOTW so like I want it there so I can at least use it. That’s my honest answer" is a much better reply than that generic ass "likes different things" tripe. ;)

Tbh the 3DS version is quite shit actually.
PS Vita version is worse too.
Sure there is mobile versions but touchscreen is annoying.
Basically, makes Switch edition good for portability.

Because the "generic ass" tripe you're describing is necessary for people like you who just can't seem to understand why a game is popular. So, instead of googling reviews or reading about it online (and I promise you, there are plenty of reviews for Minecraft over the 5+ years it's been out), you come here, and say "I don't understand why people like it", with little to no contributions to the current conversation, expecting handouts.

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
