Hi
so, recently, I changed of mice, and the new one is VERY sensible
moving it is perfectly perfect... But the mouse middle wheel, thats the problem
I'm used to middle click on a thread instead of left clicking it
But when I try middle clicking one, I end up rolling the wheel a lot
But it's not rolling that much, and yet, it scroll a lot

So, is there a way to reduce mouse wheel sensibility?
thanks

Unless your mouse has feelings, it's called sensitivity. :grog:
That's not what sensible means, sensible is like if it was a good decision.

You can totally change the sensitivity of the mouse though just type mouse into windows search and it'll come up.
Also if it's a name brand mouse it might even have drivers that installing might help.

As previous person said, check if your manufacturer has the software made for your mouse. Software like Logitech Gaming Software can customize much more than a windows mouse settings can :)

Sounds like you discovered whatever passes for dead zone, sensitivity, threshold or delay. Sadly not a lot of mice have good options there, indeed trackpads often have it better. Depending upon how bored you are you can also pull apart the mouse and increase the spring tension/pressure.

I was wondering if the new mouse was just a plain old 90s style MS mouse, not the sort of 90 button and adjustable weights gamer mouse like most around here favour.

What mouse is it? Some are freewheeling to the point that a click makes it scroll - my last mouse was like that and it was shit.
