Think u are on A9LH, the power on for one second then shut off without the SD card means A9LH. U can try bin file format of those three files I asked about earlier.

U can try to get a flashcart if you got a spare 3ds to inject the NTRBoot ,and then you can try that with a magnet.

Yea I don't really wanna put money into this since I'm just gonna get a new 3ds anyways, I just wanted the saves back but I think I've come to terms that they're lost now. I think that's enough for trying to fix it honestly. Thanks for all the help though guys.

One of arm9loaderhax.bin (from Luma 7.0.5), boot.firm (from 7.1) or boot.firm (8.1.1) should work. Just try them one at a time.
