Nope, they don't plan on making it work, best for us to not plan on it happening. Sure, there is trusthax, etc for 4.1.0, but no HB launcher.
Not worth spending 300 dollars to get an exploitable system IMO.

There we go. The flood gates are semi-open now. Now, as some else has said, time to wait for 2.x support and for people to actually develop for it.

They always say that to save face, you know the risks, and if something goes wrong (bricking), they are not held responsible; this is nothing new.
Because there are people that can create homebrew to damage your console. Hence why it says "untrusted". As long as you're careful and use "trusted" homebrew, you won't damage your Switch.
That's in case you download a homebrew developed by a shady person. Not that their HBL is not "safe". It's the same for everything in life. You don't buy milk from a weird stranger around the corner and expect it to not be expired. It's a warning to keep in mind to not download from untrusted sources.
I wonder if this could be uninstalled (or if restarting the system will erease the exploit) and if there is a Bann Risk.

You cant log in on your account, but if you are conected to internet the system could report something to Nintendo. Idk, maybe its just paranoia

I downloaded XP on dialup when it came out. Overnights for like a week. cuz I couldn't tie up the phone line during the day. It was so awesome and worked so great going from ME to XP. -
