Dear internetpeeps,

So I followed this guide for how to install usbloadergx (I'm not allowed to post a link but it is from sourceforge.), but it works quite weirdly and I couldn't find another thread covering the same problem. When I plug in my flashdrive it gives me an interface with all the games placed on my flashdrive but when I load these I am given a black screen, (weird part incoming) but when I put a single game on my drive (Mario Kart) it works 100% of the times the first time and then a next time it goes black, format it, put the game on it again and it works again for one time. When using Mario Bros it works 100% of the time always, but when I place another game on the drive it stops working aswel. I'm at a loss.

Usbloader Gx is up-to-date
I'm running v10 cIOS
Using the forwarder channel
Wii 4.3e

Thanks in advance for looking into my problems.

I know that it is not recommended to use a flash drive but it showed me that it was capable of running these games so it should work fine, right?

Is your drive formatted to fat32 and is it a normal usb or a usb 2.0 or 3.0
If its a usb 2.0 or 3.0, it likely won't work

I actually had the same problem with my green sandisk cruzer blade 32 gb, it's probably not compatible with your loader

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Also, don't name a thread, black screen I'm at loss, that kinda implies, usually, that you've bricked your Wii.

What is a "normal USB"? Are you referring to USB 1.0/1.1? If so, good luck finding a "normal" USB drive currently on the market.
