Hacking Firmware for R4i SDHC 3DS RTS

A friend of mine gave me a R4i SDHC 3DS RTS card. I downloaded the latest firmware (1.84b) from www.r4i-sdhc.com, installed it - but when inserting and starting the card in my N3DS on 11.6 it gives me a "wrong date or firmware expired"-error.
Where can I get a firmware for this card that is not expired?

Try setting the clock on your 3ds to an earlier date

Yes, that works ... but I don't really like this solution.
Is there a different firmware for this card (e.g. wood etc.)?

You can alternatively use the Ysmenu
